Terra L. Sickler has over twenty (20) years of experience in the real estate industry. Starting from the ground up, she has experience with every aspect of a real estate transaction, beginning as a real estate assistant and working in the family business knowing what it takes to put sweat equity into various properties and learning the investor perspective. She then became a licensed loan originator and licensed real estate agent, before attending law school. In the legal field of practice, she worked as both a litigator and transactional attorney, closing numerous residential and commercial transactions and having litigated hundreds of bench trials. All her knowledge in the industry has given her a unique insight to various aspects and issues that may arise, whether in litigation or during a transaction.
Due to life experience, she had to educate herself in probate and trust administration. This led to her passion in helping clients create meaningful and protective estate plans for themselves and their families. As an entrepreneur, most of her clients are small business owners who want to expand their operations, but require a complete review of assets to create specific succession plans. Each individuals' circumstance is how each unique life plan is created to ensure every clients' final wishes are memorialized.
In her spare time, Terra enjoys traveling, scuba diving, fishing, hiking, camping, and is actively involved with community service. She was elected as President (2019-2022) of the Fort Lauderdale Kiwanis Club, was member of the Junior League of Fort Lauderdale (2016-2019), and served as a former member of the City of Fort Lauderdale Community Services Advisory Board (2019-2021).
